		<description>Well now...I also got the exact e-mail back from them. I sent them an e-mail telling them that it was impossible for me to have downloaded over 2 gigs on a 384 (plus the fact that I wasn&#039;t actually downloading anything).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;First thing I&#039;d like from them - restrict access to a specific location(s)...not friekin&#039; free for all. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Second thing - if someone accesses the service with my details then why the hell can I not request the telephone number from them?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;This one I&#039;m taking to the police - I want that thieving SOB to rot in hell! (well at least pay for what he has done).</description>
